IS INTERNATIONAL PAPER FALSELY REPORTING THE CONCENTRATION OF THEIR DISCHARGES?

We believe that "YES" they are. Here is why

• Aeration in IP's main treatment pond has been turned down: See pictures below: Less aeration means less treatment, however the concentration of pollutants reported to DEP have remained the same over the years
• IP is reporting a salt concentration which is greater than we are measuring at a station down the stream from the mill which is 99% paper mill effluent
• The flow into the creek in which they discharge has increased; It appears IP is diluting their effluent in the creek
• As documented by Dr. Livingston, the health of Perdido Bay has declined since the 1990's.
